整(zheng)機(ji)由全自動九槽(cao)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波清洗(xi)機(ji)主(zhu)體(ti)、超聲(sheng)(sheng)波換能(neng)器、發生器、廢(fei)油回收、循環過濾系(xi)統(tong)、電加(jia)熱自動溫度控制、噴淋沖洗(xi)、熱風干燥、不銹(xiu)鋼管路系(xi)統(tong)、電控柜、?PLC程控機(ji)械(xie)手、履帶式隨行電纜、工(gong)裝墊(dian)板步(bu)進提升(sheng)、移送(song)機(ji)構、上(shang)料輸(shu)送(song)、下料輸(shu)送(song)臺(tai)、專用(yong)不銹(xiu)鋼清洗(xi)籃、機(ji)架等(deng)十六大(da)部(bu)分組成。平移對接輸(shu)送(song)臺(tai)則(ze)根據客戶實際情(qing)況確定是(shi)否需要。
本全自動九槽超聲波清洗機(ji)電控部分均采用進口優質件,性能可靠,設備具有清洗速度快、生產效率高、外形美觀、清洗效果(guo)好、使(shi)用(yong)方(fang)便、節能節水,結構合理、使用壽命長等特點,是理想的精密工件處理清洗設備。
1、九(jiu)槽全自動不銹(xiu)鋼清洗機體
按清洗工藝設置為九槽。預洗、超聲、液下噴射槽均設置有水泵、過濾器循環過濾系統、貯液箱,1~7槽設置有電加熱及自動溫度控制、數字式顯示儀表,三個超聲槽配置有超聲震板(換能器),脫水槽設置有加熱裝置,自動溫度控制,風泵,熱風循環管道。全自動清洗機固定在底座(包括機械手)上。各槽均設置有排水管道系統,便于循環過濾和排放各槽清洗液。
2、超聲波換能器(qi)(qi)、發生器(qi)(qi)
超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)粗、半精(jing)(jing)、精(jing)(jing)洗(xi)(xi)槽內,裝有(you)超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)震板(換(huan)能(neng)(neng)器(qi)(qi)),另有(you)分體外置式(shi)超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)發生器(qi)(qi)。超(chao)(chao)聲頻(pin)率(lv)的電(dian)震蕩信號功率(lv)放(fang)大后通過超(chao)(chao)聲換(huan)能(neng)(neng)器(qi)(qi)逆(ni)壓電(dian)效應轉換(huan)為超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)。超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)發生器(qi)(qi)、換(huan)能(neng)(neng)器(qi)(qi)系統采用全新電(dian)原理設計(ji)、國內領(ling)先的超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)核心技術(shu),具有(you)超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)強勁、均勻、洗(xi)(xi)凈能(neng)(neng)力強、效率(lv)高、過載自動保(bao)護,可靠性高、超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)(bo)功率(lv)、頻(pin)率(lv)可調、操(cao)作簡(jian)便,模塊化、集(ji)成化、易于保(bao)養(yang)、維修,從而保(bao)證及時到(dao)位的售后服務等一系列顯著特點和(he)優點。
3、PLC電腦程控機械手
機械手經(jing)日本三菱PLC、變頻調(diao)速(su)器、非接觸(chu)(無觸(chu)點)傳感器和公司開發(fa)的功(gong)(gong)能強大、智能化程控(kong)軟件為自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)核心(xin)系統,意(yi)大利名牌剎車電機(ji)、減速(su)器、鏈(lian)輪鏈(lian)條為縱、橫向運動(dong)傳動(dong)系統及縱、橫向運動(dong)機(ji)構組(zu)成。機(ji)械手控(kong)制(zhi)程序包(bao)括如下功(gong)(gong)能:
3-1運行方式選擇:分為(wei)“手動”、“復位”、“自動”三種:
“手(shou)動(dong)”運行方式——是指人工(gong)手(shou)動(dong)操作機械手(shou)上下(xia)左右運動(dong),一般用于調試機械手(shou)工(gong)作狀態(tai)和定位(wei)位(wei)置。
“復位(wei)”運(yun)(yun)行方式(shi)——是指在運(yun)(yun)用“自動(dong)”運(yun)(yun)行方式(shi)之前將機械手從任意(yi)位(wei)置(zhi)自動(dong)復位(wei)至原位(wei),一般定義(yi)上料(liao)工位(wei)下部為原位(wei)。
“自(zi)動(dong)”運(yun)行(xing)方式(shi)(shi)——是(shi)機械(xie)手的主要(yao)工作方式(shi)(shi),在(zai)“自(zi)動(dong)”運(yun)行(xing)方式(shi)(shi)下(xia),啟動(dong)機械(xie)手后(hou)按(an)預定程(cheng)序周而復始連續進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)化清洗操作。
3-2?運行操作按鈕(niu):設(she)置(zhi)“復位”、“暫停”、“啟動”三個按鈕(niu):
“復(fu)位”——運行方式選擇“復(fu)位”后,按“復(fu)位”啟動按鈕(niu),運行復(fu)位程(cheng)序(xu),機械手從任意(yi)位置向原位復(fu)位,或復(fu)位過程(cheng)中暫停后,重新啟動復(fu)位程(cheng)序(xu),直至復(fu)位完成(cheng)。
“暫(zan)停”——在(zai)復位(wei)和自動程(cheng)序過程(cheng)中(zhong),按“暫(zan)停”按鈕機(ji)械手中(zhong)斷運(yun)行(xing)程(cheng)序。
“自動(dong)(dong)”—復位后(hou)將運行(xing)方式選(xuan)擇“自動(dong)(dong)”擋,按(an)“啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)”按(an)鈕,機(ji)械手開(kai)始執行(xing)連續自動(dong)(dong)程(cheng)序,機(ji)械手進行(xing)自動(dong)(dong)清洗(xi)操作,或者(zhe)是在“暫停(ting)”后(hou)按(an)“啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)”按(an)鈕,機(ji)械手從暫停(ting)中斷處繼續執行(xing)“自動(dong)(dong)”程(cheng)序。
3-3手動操(cao)作按(an)鈕:設置手動分別控制機械手上下左右運動。
3-3-1“復位”程序的步序和功能:
“復位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)”是進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)前必須完成的程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu),使(shi)機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)從任意位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置回到等(deng)待開(kai)始“自(zi)(zi)動(dong)”程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)的原(yuan)始位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置。啟動(dong)復位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu),機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)先上(shang)行(xing),然后橫(heng)移至上(shang)料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),判(pan)斷上(shang)料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)有無(wu)清洗(xi)籃,有則停在上(shang)料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)方,報警20秒,提示拿去洗(xi)籃吊臂自(zi)(zi)動(dong)下行(xing),無(wu)則直接下行(xing)于上(shang)料(liao)工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)下方。
“復位(wei)”過程(cheng)中(zhong)可按(an)“暫停”按(an)鈕中(zhong)斷復位(wei)程(cheng)序,再(zai)按(an)“復位(wei)”啟動(dong)按(an)鈕則從程(cheng)序中(zhong)斷處繼(ji)續執行復位(wei)程(cheng)序。
4、全(quan)自動鐵(tie)路車輛軸(zhou)承超聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗機(ji)系統(tong)的自動程序功能:

4-1連續步進動(dong)(dong)作——機械手每循環一周,洗(xi)出一籃工件(jian),同時把(ba)所有的清洗(xi)籃往下一道清洗(xi)工序(槽)搬運(yun)一次,連續循環周期完成超(chao)聲波(bo)自動(dong)(dong)清洗(xi)作業過程。
4-2變頻調速(su)和自動(dong)轉換(huan)——為提高效率和縮短循環周期,機械(xie)手設置慢、快(kuai)兩(liang)種速(su)度運(yun)行,快(kuai)速(su)用于無負載(zai)空運(yun)行,慢速(su)用于重載(zai)和接近定(ding)(ding)位位置時避免制動(dong)慣性影響(xiang)準確定(ding)(ding)位。快(kuai)慢速(su)由變頻調速(su)器設定(ding)(ding),由PLC和程(cheng)序控制實(shi)現轉換(huan)。
4-3智能檢(jian)測、判斷(duan)、報警(jing)(jing)——下料(liao)工位(wei)已洗(xi)(xi)凈的工件和(he)洗(xi)(xi)籃不及時送走和(he)上料(liao)工位(wei)無(wu)待洗(xi)(xi)的工件和(he)洗(xi)(xi)籃、下料(liao)工位(wei)無(wu)送到位(wei)的工裝墊板,均(jun)屬于“自動”作(zuo)業過程中(zhong)的不正常現象,程序通過檢(jian)測、判斷(duan)并(bing)發(fa)出聲光(guang)報警(jing)(jing),提(ti)示(shi)操作(zuo)者,操作(zuo)者排除不正常狀(zhuang)態后(hou),機械手延時20秒后(hou)自動繼續(xu)執行程序。
4-4循(xun)環(huan)周(zhou)期調整——該超(chao)聲(sheng)波系統基本循(xun)環(huan)周(zhou)期是(shi)4~5min,有時(shi)工件污物多(duo)且(qie)附(fu)著力強,需適當增加超(chao)聲(sheng)時(shi)間(jian)(jian),可通過外置(zhi)(zhi)10 min定時(shi)器調節機械手循(xun)環(huan)周(zhou)期,設外置(zhi)(zhi)定時(shi)器設置(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)T分鐘,則循(xun)環(huan)周(zhou)期為(4~5)+T min?。

4-6暫(zan)停和重新啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)功能——在(zai)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)程(cheng)序執(zhi)行過程(cheng)中(zhong)的任意(yi)時刻,都可以按“暫(zan)停”按鈕中(zhong)斷步(bu)進程(cheng)序。再按“啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)”按鈕,機(ji)械手從步(bu)進程(cheng)序中(zhong)斷處(chu)繼(ji)續執(zhi)行自(zi)動(dong)(dong)程(cheng)序。
4-7電(dian)(dian)機互(hu)(hu)鎖功能(neng)——縱向(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)剎(cha)車電(dian)(dian)機在工作過(guo)程中(zhong)頻(pin)繁正(zheng)、反(fan)轉,和縱向(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)頻(pin)繁交(jiao)替運(yun)行(xing)。為保(bao)證機械手安(an)全、可靠(kao)運(yun)行(xing),在自動程序中(zhong)加入了PLC電(dian)(dian)腦控制的(de)(de)兩臺剎(cha)車電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)正(zheng)反(fan)轉互(hu)(hu)鎖和縱向(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)運(yun)行(xing)互(hu)(hu)鎖。
