1、鐵道(dao)行業客車空(kong)調換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)專用超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)是為鐵路客車空(kong)調機(ji)組(zu)各種型號(hao)、規格的(de)換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)專門(men)設計的(de)超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)型。不(bu)銹鋼清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內兩端側板上(shang)部焊有(you)雙排(pai)導向板和清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)筐(kuang)定位(wei)V形托(tuo)架,換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)側臥(wo)式(shi)裝載在清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)框架內,通過V形定位(wei)件懸掛(gua)在清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內進行超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以(yi)同(tong)時清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)兩排(pai)換(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)或者蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi),后排(pai)進行超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)作為預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)體外壁中部(bu)四(si)周加(jia)焊加(jia)強筋,槽(cao)(cao)體左(zuo)右板上(shang)(shang)部(bu)開有(you)溢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou),多余的清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)和液(ye)面浮污可(ke)(ke)以(yi)通過溢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)排出。槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)可(ke)(ke)通過右槽(cao)(cao)底的兩個(ge)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)和大流量球閥(fa)排放(fang)。清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后上(shang)(shang)部(bu)設置(zhi)有(you)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou),軟管連接市(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源補充槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)液(ye)。七組側(ce)震式超聲波換能器(qi)固定安裝在清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后外槽(cao)(cao)壁上(shang)(shang),高頻電纜從槽(cao)(cao)體下部(bu)引出并連接到電控柜超聲波發生器(qi)高頻插座。清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)機配置(zhi)高壓(ya)、大流量水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)和高壓(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槍可(ke)(ke)對工(gong)件(jian)進行輔助(zhu)高壓(ya)沖洗(xi)。
2、整(zheng)機組成部分及(ji)結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
