高(gao)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)的超聲(sheng)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)是(shi)提高(gao)超聲(sheng)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)的有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)途徑。然而,功(gong)(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)過高(gao)會由于氣(qi)蝕過強而對(dui)(dui)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)表面(mian)造(zao)成侵蝕(即氣(qi)蝕腐蝕),對(dui)(dui)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)造(zao)成損害,尤其是(shi)對(dui)(dui)于有(you)各(ge)種涂(tu)層的工(gong)件(jian)(jian)或鋁(lv)及鋁(lv)合金工(gong)件(jian)(jian)。能(neng)量密(mi)度(du)過大(da)也不會產(chan)生飽和效(xiao)(xiao)應。對(dui)(dui)油(you)污嚴重、形(xing)狀復雜、深(shen)孔(kong)盲孔(kong)的零件(jian)(jian),清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽要深(shen)、清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)粘度(du)大(da)、功(gong)(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)大(da)。高(gao)頻率(lv)超聲(sheng)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)也很大(da)。能(neng)量密(mi)度(du)可在(zai)用(yong)水或酒精清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)或漂(piao)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時降低。
由(you)于(yu)清(qing)(qing)洗液的空化程度(du)與溫度(du)有關,溫度(du)的升高(gao)有利于(yu)汽蝕,但蒸氣壓力(li)也相應(ying)增大。溫度(du)過高(gao)會使氣穴減少。所(suo)以必須保持一定的溫度(du)范圍。例(li)如(ru)水溶劑清(qing)(qing)洗液一般在45℃左右,三氯乙烯清(qing)(qing)洗液約75℃,水約60℃。對(dui)揮發性和易燃的清(qing)(qing)洗液,溫度(du)不宜過高(gao)。

在(zai)盲孔清(qing)(qing)洗時(shi),應先在(zai)盲孔內注入(ru)清(qing)(qing)洗液(ye),然后將盲孔對準超聲源(yuan)。清(qing)(qing)潔時(shi),要始終將清(qing)(qing)洗液(ye)注入(ru)孔內,以達到顯(xian)著的效果。
超音波清洗槽應避(bi)免撞擊及快速(su)冷卻加(jia)熱,以免損壞與傳感(gan)器(qi)的連接(jie)。對(dui)某些零件進行超聲清洗時,應進行消(xiao)磁處理,否則殘(can)余鐵屑(xie)不易(yi)清除(chu)。
